Ainsworth Gaming Technology

ainsworth logoIt’s probably fair to say that if you’re not interested in the minutiae of the ownership of gaming companies then the name Len Ainsworth may not mean much to you; however this gentleman and his family have been in the slots industry since 1953 in their home country of Australia and are best known as founders of Aristocrat Leisure.

While the family maintains a sizeable stake in Aristocrat, Ainsworth himself is now chairman of a different company, Ainsworth Gaming Technology, based in Newington, New South Wales although there are other offices in various European countries and the United States.

Ainsworth was established in 1995 mainly to service the bricks and mortar industry in Australia – this meant developing games, kiosks and cabinets for pubs, clubs and casinos and their success also opened opportunities to sell to other parts of the world.

Towards the end of 2012 Ainsworth began to produce and transfer their games online and this was via an arrangement with GameAccount Network (GAN) whose specialisation is online integration. It’s worth noting that Aristocrat Leisure also have a strategic partnership with GAN.

We expect to see more and more Ainsworth slots appearing at our recommended casinos and you’ll be the first to know where to play them and read our reviews.
