One of the more unusually named games developers is Wazdan, based in Malta and with a track record of online slots design stretching back to 2010. They describe themselves as ‘the synergy of several different companies coming together to create [an] innovative company‘ and that’s a good place to start.
Since the conception of this company, Wazdan have created more than one hundred games, all in HTML5 to ensure playability on all types and sizes of device but they’ve also introduced a couple of innovative features. These include the ability to allow players to choose their volatility/variance levels and this is interesting because if you generally like low variance slots for example you’re limited to certain games – choosing your own levels mean that all games are within your grasp.
Other features include the ability to resize the playing area to fill the whole screen or include extra items within view and we’ve also encountered an interesting payline structure on a four reel slot which pays both ways but only on the first three reels from either direction.
