We don’t normally associate the Vikings with being mild-mannered and considerate but in fact they probably were in general; we tend to view them as violent invaders, pillagers and adventurers and that’s the theme behind this online slot from Yggdrasil Gaming. Vikings Go Wild is a five reel slot with four rows and twenty five fixed paylines; behind the reels we can just about make out wither end of the Viking longship rising and falling with the motion of the chilly sea.
The high value symbols are four characters from this adventure – three chaps and a lady, the lower value symbols are four coins – gold, silver, bronze and a greenish colour.
The wild symbol is a big gold ‘Wild’ and it will replace all others except the ‘Free Spin’ scatter icon.

Verdict
Vikings Go Wild is an apt title for a really enjoyable slot – the graphics are slightly quirky and the bonus features offer some welcome creativity. There’s an RTP of 96.30%.
