Simplicity is the key if you’d like to check out this brand new online slot from Playtech. It’s called Purple Hot and it’s a throwback to a time when fruit was the only symbol necessary and any more than a minimal number paylines was considered extravagant. Purple Hot plays out over five reels, three rows and just five paylines; we can’t quite fathom out the theme but there’s some brickwork at the bottom and several flaming cauldrons at the top in front of a a purple background.

You can see the progressive jackpot total above the reels and this number is the one that applies to your bet level. There are four different jackpots triggered at different bet levels as follows:

Verdict
This is a playable enough slot and the progressive jackpot is nice but the RTP is quite low – 94.33% when qualified for the jackpot or 92.33% when not qualified. Give it a go, but perhaps not for too long.
