Rich Wilde is a man on a mission to uncover some of the world’s great artefacts and previously we’ve seen him in Pearls of India; he’s now in Egypt to rob some more graves in Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, a title which sounds like it’s missing ‘the’, but perhaps it’s deliberate. That aside, it’s good to see the return of Rich and you can read all about this online slot from Play N Go below.
Book of Dead is a five reel slot with three rows and up to ten paylines; those reels spin within decorated columns in front of what could be the entrance to some long-locked tomb.
There are four high value symbols and these include Rich Wilde and three representations of Egyptian gods; 10, J, Q, K and A are the lower values.
The wild and the scatter symbol are the same and represented by the Book of Dead; it will substitute for all others and it will also activate the main feature.
Bonus Features
Free Spins
This is triggered by landing three or more of the Book of Dead scatter/wild symbols anywhere in view; you will now receive ten free spins and that number can be retriggered by landing more scatters during this round.
Additionally one symbol will be selected randomly before the spins start and this is an expanding icon which will cover all positions on the reel if a winning combo is possible. These symbols do not have to be adjacent but they do need to be on an active payline.
Gamble Feature
You can gamble your latest win by clicking the ‘Gamble’ button below the reels to try and double or quadruple that amount. Just guess the colour or suit of the next card drawn.
Verdict
Book of Dead is another enjoyable piece of thievery from Rich Wilde and it’s of the usual high quality as other games from Play N Go. If you can trigger the free spins round there’s plenty to be won there.
