‘Bars’, ‘X’s and ‘O’s can be something of a reminder of an older style of slot machine when the gameplay was a bit simpler but there are still developers around who design games using these symbols; Super Spinner (or $uper $pinner to be completely correct) is one such game, it’s developed by Blueprint Gaming and it comes with a progressive jackpot.
Super Spinner is a five reel slot with three rows an ten fixed paylines; those traditional symbols spin against a backdrop of diamonds and starbursts with the progressive jackpot total at the top of the screen.
There are only two standard symbols here – the Bar and the X, as always the O does not award anything. Wins do need to be on adjacent reels but do not need to starts from the left hand side.
There are two bonus symbols, the Jackpot King and the Super Spins $ icons, both of which activate extra features.

Also known as $uper $pins, this is triggered by landing at least three of the gold $ symbols on an active payline; three, four or five symbols will award 1, 3 or 5 spins respectively but these will be awarded for each occurrence so it’s possible to receive many more spins – in fact a maximum of 50.
Each spin is guaranteed a win and it’s also possible to retrigger this round by landing more $ symbols.
Progressive Jackpot
Super Spinner is connected to Blueprint’s Jackpot King progressive jackpot network and to trigger it you will need to land five of the Jackpot King symbols on reels one to five. You now get to spin a separate set of reels to collect crowns to work your way up the ladder (15 means you make it to the Wheel King). Spinning the Wheel will award a large bet multiplier or the progressive jackpot.
On your way up the ladder you get to pick an icon which will:
- Award more spins.
- Send you straight to the Wheel King.
- End the round and award the prize collected so far.
Verdict
Super Spinner is a traditional-looking slot with some added extras and a progressive jackpot which makes it an enjoyable reel-spinning experience; the slight drawback is a low RTP of 92.50%.
