‘Social media’ is the term used to describe the various ways we use technology to connect and interact with each other and since the mid-2000s it’s transformed the way the we all talk to each other. Reel Buddies is a five reel slot with three rows and twenty fixed paylines; graphically the design is quite basic but it’s cheerful, colourful and should put a smile on your face.
There are eight symbol used in this game and they allude to the various emojis available although they mostly just different coloured versions of various smiley faces and assorted gurning.
The wild and the bonus symbol are one and the same and represented by a a yellow ‘thumbs up’ icon – familiar to anyone who has ever clicked ‘Like’ on a certain social network. It’s the most valuable symbols (along with the orange face) and worth 25x your line bet; it also triggers the main feature.
