Opportunistic politicians often like to use the phrase ‘back to basics’ as a tagline for their election campaigns; it’s total nonsense of course and we’d much rather apply the same description to an online slot deserving of the name. We’ve got one here for example in the shape of Red Hot Repeater, it’s developed by Blueprint Gaming and it does in fact have a fruity bonus feature – read on to find out how it all works.
Red Hot Repeater is a three reel slot with three row and just five paylines; the colour red features heavily here with red-rimmed reels floating against a slightly psychedelic, hazy red backdrop.
There are just six symbols in this game, they’re mostly fruit related and they include red sevens, oranges, lemons, watermelons, cherries along with double Bars and diamonds. The diamonds are the most valuable and worth 750x your stake.
There are no wilds or special symbols in Red Hot Repeater but never fear – there’s an extra feature explained below.
Red Hot Repeat
Landing a winning combo is all well and good but to trigger the Red Hot Repeat you’ll need to land a matching symbol on all nine reel positions in view; the stacked symbols mean that this is not as tricky as it could be.
Once the Red Hot Repeat is triggered a wheel will appear and spin; if the light stops on any ‘Win’ segment then the wins is repeated but if it lands on ‘Stop’ the round is over. If you win six times in a row the round is also over because you’ve reached the maximum allowed.
Red Hot Repeater is a basic but enjoyable slot which should appeal mainly to those three reel aficionados out there; bells and whistles are few and far between and there’s some great mechanical sound effects to take you back to a simpler time. This game comes with an RTP of 95.65%.
