Play N Go have a track record of producing some really innovative and compelling fully-featured online slots but this one is a little different. It’s a classic three reel game called Mystery Joker but while it is limited to those three rows of symbols it also includes a couple of bonus features to keep everyone happy.
So Mystery Joker plays out over three reels and five fixed paylines but there’s no real theme behind the name. That’s not to say the graphics aren’t high quality because they certainly are and there’s a cheerful soundtrack to keep you company.
There are only five main symbols and these include cherries, lemons, grapes, bells and gold stars. There’s no wild but there is a scatter symbol represented by a a joker’s hat, complete with bells adorning the points.
The betting ranges from £0.50 – £100.00 per spin so this not a game with low rollers in mind. Select your stake using the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons below the reels or just click directly on the value. Use the Autoplay button to organise up to 50 spins.
Bonus Features
Free Spins
Three reel slots don’t often have bonus features but thankfully this one does and it’s triggered by landing three of the joker’s hat scatter symbols anywhere on the reels.
You will now be awarded ten free spins but as you can see from the video above that’s not the only feature. During those spins, two scatter symbols anywhere in view will award a mystery win of between £1.00 – £100.00.
Landing three more scatters will award a mystery win and ten more spins up to a maximum of fifty so this is a bonus well worth triggering if you can manage it.
Verdict
This is smooth slot with plenty to recommend it; it might only have three reels but it has free spins also and they seem pretty easy to trigger. There’s a decent RTP of 96.98% and there’s no need to reach for the mute button.
