Mystery Fruit is a five reel slot with three rows and twenty fixed paylines and the action takes place on a realistic-looking machine which gleams alongside the various progressive jackpot totals on the left hand side.
The main symbols are all fruit – except for the flaming red seven and the golden bell – and include a watermelon, a bunch of grapes, a plum, an orange, a lemon and some cherries.
There’s no wild symbol in Mystery Fruit but there is a Wheel of Fortune bonus icon which we’ll explain below.
Bonus Features
Wheel Bonus
This is triggered by landing one or more of the Wheel of Fortune bonus symbols anywhere in view and for each triggering symbol you’ll receive one spin of the wheel which will award a maximum of 1000x your total stake. The luckiest players can therefore look forward to up to fifteen wheel spins.
Mystery Fruit
This will occur regularly in the base game and you will see one mystery symbol appear on the reels; it will reveal a number up to five and then that amount of neighbouring symbols will transform into matching ones, hopefully giving you a big win – but there’s no guarantee.
Progressive Jackpot
This is triggered from the base game by landing three of the jackpot symbols which will either the Mega, Super or Quick Hit prizes shown to the left of the reels. There’s also a Daily Jackpot which must pay out before the time shown.
Verdict
Mystery Fruit is similar in design to other Red Tiger games but still very playable and with enough differences to make it well worth checking out; it’s a little unusual which is always a good thing and it comes with an RTP of 95.35%.
