Imagine for a minute if you will a large greenhouse which has fallen into disrepair; a faint light bulb occasionally shines into the darkness to reveal a scene overtaken by wild carnivorous plants and creepy crawlies. Munchers is a five reel slot with three rows and up to twenty five paylines. That grim greenhouse is the setting for this game and lush undergrowth surrounds the reels; the solitary lightbulb swings from the plastic ceiling and for some reason there’s a bucket hanging on the left hand side.
The four high value symbols are a pair of gardening gloves, a crossed fork/trowel, a big orange spider and a red-eyed bug of some sort. 9, 10, J, Q, K and A represent the lower values and each is under attack by a small sprig of vegetation.
The wild symbol is clearly the massive plant from The Little Shop Of Horrors and substitutes for everything except the scatter symbol; that’s a red and green watering can and it activates the main feature.
