Huangdi is the legendary Yellow Emperor in Chinese myth who reigned almost 5000 years ago. We won’t pretend to know much about this gentleman but Wikipedia tells us he is now “regarded as the initiator of Chinese civilisation” and the “ancestor of all Chinese”. Huangdi – The Yellow Emperor is a five reel slot with three rows and twenty five fixed paylines; a delicate ornate frame contains the reels while in the background we can just about make out traditional Chinese buildings and hazy mountains under a blue sky.
The high value symbols are Huangdi himself along with three ornately designed items belonging to the emperor. 10, J, Q, K and A represent the lower values.

Verdict
Huangdi isn’t the most compelling oriental-themed slot we’ve ever played but it’s worth tracking down for some nice graphics and animations. There are some big wins to be had if you get lucky with the expanding symbols and there’s an RTP of 95.48%.
