Sometimes it’s difficult to gauge exactly what the theme of a particular online slot is and Happy Mushrooms certainly falls into that category. It’s developed by Eyecon and features plenty of cute creatures and characters but doesn’t seem to have any sort of linear narrative. That doesn’t really matter of course because we’re here mainly for the graphics and the bonus features, both of which are of a high quality.
Happy Mushrooms is a five reel slot with three rows and up to twenty five paylines; we’re clearly resident in some sort of pastel fantasy land. Dwellings sculpted from trees and a transparent rainbow occupy the backdrop and the reels spin on a chalkboard.
The high value symbols are a pink rabbit, a ladybird, a barrel and a basket of mushrooms; lower values are 10, J, Q, K and A but designed in a way which complements the theme.
The pink flower is the wild symbol which substitutes for everything except the three scatters – a mushroom and an owl.
The wild symbol appears only on reels two and four but will double an wins to which it contributes.

Despite our unreasonable request for a storyline, Happy Mushroom looks nice and is good fun to play with two separate bonus feature. It comes with a reasonable RTP of 95.06%.
