Rival Gaming make a really engaging series of classic slots and if you’re looking for a simpler diversion from the feature-laden five reel games then something like Flea Market should be right up your street. We always like a title which has more than one meaning and while the term ‘flea market’ might suggest some sort of stall selling assorted tat, actual fleas are the subject of this game and you will see them bound across the screen every now and again.
Flea Market features three reels and just one payline and the big, clear reels are located in the bottom right hand corner. Above those reels is a little scene of anthropomorphic fleas doing some business over a market stall. The paytable takes up the left portion of the screen.
There are only a handful of symbols here – lollipops, single/double/triple bars a chest of drawers and a ring. The ring in this game is wild which is unusual for a classic slot; one ring in a winning combo will mean a 2x multiplier while two rings will multiply that win by a healthy 4x.
How It Works
The first task is to set your bet level and there are two ways to achieve this; use the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ symbols underneath the coin to set the base level of the wager and then you can select one or two coins which will double your bet but also double the prizes.
There’s an incentive to play with the highest coin level here because the biggest prize available is 10000x your stake for three rings on the payline – that’s more than double the 4000x available using the single coin level. The lesson here is if you can afford it, play with maximum coins.
Verdict
This is another enjoyable three reel slot from Rival Gaming which embellishes the genre slightly with the wild feature. It’s well worth a go if you’re looking for something simple.
