If you’re just looking for an opportunity to spin the reels in an old-fashioned way then Cosmic Cat should tick the appropriate boxes. It’s a back-to-basics online slot from Microgaming with no bells, whistles or bonus features of any sort, just three reels and a ‘Spin’ button. Cosmic Cat is a three reel slots with just one payline and those reels spin on a drum-like piece of apparatus in the top left hand corner. Underneath those reels is our feline friend in front of the Cosmic Cat logo and we particularly like the spinning nebula over his shoulder.
You can see the paytable on the right hand side and there are just three symbols – the cat, single/double/triple bars and a mouse. Three mixed bars on the payline will payout and the cat also acts as the wild symbol. Additionally one or two cats anywhere on the payline will return to you 2x or 5x your stake respectively.
How It Works
The first thing to do is set your wager level by using the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons on the menu bar at the bottom; now you can decide the bet level by using the ‘Bet One’ or ‘Bet Max’ buttons. This essentially doubles your bet and the prizes available as you can see from the paytable. This means the biggest coin prize available is 1000x for the three cats on the payline.
