Blood Queen is a five reel slot with three rows and thirty fixed paylines; all the action is set within the gates of a graveyard faintly lit by a full moon and guarded by skeleton carvings on either side.
The high value symbols are the Blood Queen, Van Hell, red crystals, a transformed vampire and a pair of wooden stakes; J, Q, K and A represent the lower values.
The wild symbol is a gargoyle which only appears on the top row but every time it does it will expand to fill all other positions – it will substitute for all others to form winning combos except for the heart scatter icon.

Verdict
Blood Queen is fast moving, lots of fun and it creates a spookily effective atmosphere; the expanding wild pops up regularly but we found it a little tricky to trigger the free spins – maybe just our bad luck though. This game comes with an RTP of 96.06%.
