How It Works
Pop Bingo is organised a little differently from Single Bingo and there’s just one game screen to contend with. As this is multiplayer bingo you obviously have no control over the start times of each game and you will find that you have to wait until the previous one has finished before you can join.
Use the options on the left of the screen to purchase cards; these are generally less than £1.00 but can vary slightly because you are playing people from other countries using other currencies. The number of cards you buy is up to you but each game will have a maximum approaching one hundred.
You will see the timer which counts down to the next game and when it starts everything happens automatically. We recommend using the default settings which include auto-daubing but if you really want to mark off your own numbers you will need to uncheck the small box at the bottom of the screen.
As the numbers are called out you will notice the corresponding ones being marked off on your card; in the bottom left hand corner you will see your opponents and this little list acts as a leaderboard – the person nearest to a win will be at the top.
Above this list you can see what’s necessary for a win in terms of lines and the prize available. As one price is won it will be grayed out and the focus will move to the next until all lines have been completed.
There’s a constant progressive jackpot available and it can be won by completing the entire card in the stated number of calls. This is shown in the top right hand corner.
Verdict
Pop Bingo is the obvious progression from Single Bingo because it contains the added dimension of multiplayer along with a progressive jackpot. There’s a social aspect too if you like that sort of thing and a variety of game cards to keep things interesting.
