We don’t often get involved in reviewing scratchcard-style games but occasionally we encounter one which offers something a little different and 7UP! is a good example of a game which blurs the line between an online slot and a scratcher; it’s developed by Gamevy and you can read all about it below.
7UP! plays out on the playing area you can see in the screenshot above and essentially there are seven paylines to the right of which is a column which will display the prize amounts relative to that payline; even further to the right are the game options where you can select the number of lines to play and the stake per line – £0.02 to £10.00.
The aim of this game is to land three matching symbols in each active payline and those symbols, from high to low in value, are the purple seven, the Bar, the blue diamond, the green clover, the golden horseshoe, the chewed watermelon, the bunch of grapes, the pineapple, the banana, the lemons and the cherries.
When you’re ready to go just select your stake using the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ signs on the right hand side, make sure you’re happy with you’re payline selection and just press ‘Play’; use the ‘turbo’ button to speed things up a bit.
Well that’s all there is to it really but you may agree with us that it’s a bit more than just a scratchcard game and that is has some elements of a basic three reel slot machine.
Verdict
7UP! offers a diversion for those low rollers among us but it’s not really going to keep you busy if it’s a slot you’re after; it’s certainly colourful though and it comes with an RTP of 92.09%.
