We’ve reviewed plenty of Vegas-themed online slots in the past but it’s probably fair to say that Mr. Vegas is the glitziest of the lot; it’s developed by Betsoft and the intro movie is a good guide to what you’re going to get – flashing lights, a great soundtrack, lots of bonus features and a progressive jackpot.
Mr. Vegas is a five reel slot with three rows and up to thirty paylines; Mr. Vegas himself is a legendary high roller constantly accompanied by two beautiful girls (one of whom seems to be the dancer from At The Copa) and the recipient of VIP treatment from the casinos he frequents.
The symbols are all Vegas-related and include a dancing girl, the two girls, a waiter, a croupier/dealer, the famous Las Vegas sign, a roulette wheel, champagne, casino chips and a Blackjack.
There is no wild symbol but there are several bonus icons – Mr. Vegas, dice, slot machines – which all activate extra features.
Bonus Features
Free Spins
This is triggered by landing the dice to the left or right of Mr Vegas on paylines one, two or three after which the dice will spin to reveal a number of free spins up to twelve. If you roll a double there’s also a 2x multiplier for any wins and more spins can be earned by landing the triggering combo again.
Mini-Slots Feature
This is actually another free spins round which is triggered by landing three or more of the slot machine symbols anywhere in view. You will now play a free spins round on a mini-slot.
Money Wheel Jackpot
Some of the symbols also contain a small wheel segment and if you can land five of these in any position in the base game you will trigger this game.
