Dragons are the mainstay of many an online slot machine and there are four cute fire breathing creatures as the theme of this release from NextGen Gaming; it’s called Dragon Spins and you can read all about it right here.
Dragon Spins is a five reel slot with three, four or five rows and forty fixed paylines; the symbols spin on a stone tablet which floats in air far above the ground and it’s surrounded by four coloured dragons with accompanying meters which we shall explain shortly.
The high value symbols are those four dragons – orange, yellow, green and purple – while the lower values are gems of various colours – blue, pink, green, light blue and orange.

Any win featuring a dragon has the chance to fill up it’s respective meter a small amount and when one is full it will trigger three free spins with one of the following enhancements:
- Stacked Dragons – stacked red dragons are added to the reels, these replace (and act as) scatters; three red dragons will retrigger the spins.
- More Dragons – all dragons become gold and each gem landing can also become a gold dragon; the scatter also becomes gold and three will trigger more spins.
