21Jackpots Casino Review

It’s a little while since we introduced a new online casino into our ‘recommended’ list and this time it’s a genuinely brand new launch. 21Jackpots.com is the name of this venue, it’s been designed largely with the UK in mind and of course it comes complete with the now mandatory UK Gaming license.

Games And Software

This casino is one for slots fans and although other games are available there are around 250 slots to keep us busy. All the software is based on Microgaming’s Quickfire platform which means that the full range of Microgaming releases are available here. However other games developers are also featured such as Nextgen and Random Logic.

If you’re looking for something else then you can play games such as blackjack, roulette and poker solo or at the live casino. When you’ve run out of everything else, the scratch cards can always provide a quick diversion.

Player Rewards

There’s a nice simple bonus for new players – a 100% deposit match up to a maximum of $/€/£200 but once you’ve signed up you can take advantage of plenty of other limited term offers. Many of these are specific to slots players and include tournaments, on the spot cash prizes and weekend bonuses.

User Experience

It’s nice to see a casino which has understood that there’s benefit in simplicity; the front page doesn’t assail you with endless massages and options, there’s just a simple games filter on the left hand side which applies to the list in the centre of the screen. To quickly search for a specific game, just use the text box on the right hand side.

A stripped down menu tab at the top of the page will quickly take you to your destination and for some terms and conditions, head down to the bottom of the page. What else do you need?

Payment Options & Cashing Out

There’s plenty of depositing options available at 21Jackpots including a wide range of credit and debit cards, online payment specialists such as Neteller,& Skrill and Ukash if you’d like to pay as you go.

The above options are all available for cashing out but you can also withdraw by bank transfer or cheque or use iDeal, a third party method available to Dutch customers.

Customer Support & Security

21Jackpots is based on the ProgressPlay platform which is registered in Malta and uses an independently audited random number generator so you know you’re in good hands here.

We haven’t had to use customer support yet but we’re always pleased to see a ‘live chat’ facility, backed up by 24 hour email support.

Wagering Requirements

As with all casinos there’s a wagering requirement attached to any bonuses claimed; here it’s 50x the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings earned from that bonus.

I’m a fan of Microgaming slots and I also like to try out good-looking new casinos; 21Jackpots satisfies both criteria. The welcome bonus may not be the biggest but once you’re a customer, the offers keep on coming.” – Patrick M, Bacup
