Wizards, magicians, illusionists or whatever you want to call them are enduringly popular in our culture. Winning Wizards is certainly a simpler type of slot and it plays out over five reels and five fixed paylines. It’s one of Microgaming’s older releases which usually means that the symbol take up all the screen space, leaving no room for any sort of background scenery.
The lower value symbols are ornate, gold versions of 10, J, Q and K but higher up the value ladder we have some theme-related icons. These include a gold ring with a red gem, a blue vial, a spell book, a staff with a glowing orb attached and then the wizard himself. He’s the highest paying symbol and will be worth 10000x your line stake of you can land five on an active payline.
There are no bonus features in Winning Wizards which means there are no bonus symbols; additionally there is no wild symbol so all you’re left with is the basic symbols.
In fact the only thing you can do as a player is change the number of paylines and you do that by clicking the appropriate number to the side of the reels. Clicking ‘1’ means one payline, ‘5’ is five paylines etc.
