Some simple gameplay awaits those taking a punt on this online slot at 32Red Casino; it’s called Cash Splash, it’s from Microgaming and it features a traditional set of symbols and some fairly basic gameplay. The main draw though is a progressive jackpot which offers the sort of money that will certainly brighten your day.
Cash Splash is a five reel slot with three rows and up to fifteen paylines. It’s a slightly dated Microgaming slot now but it has that familiar design featuring large colourful symbols occupying all the available screen space, leaving no room for a compelling backdrop of any sort.
The higher value symbols are of a traditional nature and include cherries, bars and sevens along with a pile of cash; the Cash Splash logo is the most valuable and worth 6000x your line stake for five on an active payline. 10, J, Q, K and A represent the lower values.
The Cash Splash symbol is also the wild and it will substitute for everything else except scatters; that symbol is a big ‘Scatter’ and will pay out for three or more anywhere in view.
We come to spin the reels but we stay for the big prize and here you can see it slowly ticking upwards at the top of the screen. In this game it’s won by landing five of the Cash Splash symbols on the 15th payline – this starts on the bottom left and zigzags across the reels before finishing on the bottom right.
To make sure you qualify to play for the big bucks you must do the following:
- Have all paylines active to make sure payline 15 is reachable.
- Be playing at the maximum bet level of £3.00 per spin.
Betting is fixed at £0.20 per payline so increasing or lowering the number of paylines is the only way to change the bet.
The progressive jackpot is clearly the draw here and we witnessed a winner of around £15,000 as we were playing. There’s not a great deal else to recommend it though, especially a very low RTP of 91.47%.
